An independent website concept prepared by Ehab Shouly for a NEXT CMO interview discussion.

The purpose

This concept demonstrates a dedicated property-discovery experience, connected to a separate corporate group website. It is not an official NEXT sales channel and is not endorsed by NEXT.

The brand language and architecture

The website uses the supplied outlined NEXT letterforms, with dedicated horizontal header arrangements and the proposed sky-blue Group accent. Each business retains its own descriptor and colour.

“Beyond the Expected.” is the Properties tagline; “Places you’ll be proud to call home.” is its homepage headline. The Group tagline is “Shaping What Comes Next.” The proposed architecture places Properties, Construction, Property Management, Hospitality and Investment Management directly under NEXT Group, with Hotels within Hospitality. The structure is Ehab Shouly’s proposed future brand architecture for the CEO discussion.

Project information

Project descriptions, imagery, published starting prices, residence types and terms are based on NEXT’s official public pages, checked on 17 October 2026. They are not a live inventory feed. Prices and terms require confirmation for the specific unit.

Architectural renderings illustrate proposed designs. Completion dates use the finished-home milestones published by NEXT, including May 2028 for NEXT Coral and June 2028 for NEXT Amani. Other dates follow the cited project sources; payment dates and delivery dates are kept separate. No investment-return promises are made.

Interactions and privacy

Saved project IDs and comparison selections are stored locally in this browser. A limited set of recognised campaign labels can be kept for this tab’s session. Anonymous page interactions are held temporarily in page memory for measurement preparation; no external analytics or CRM service receives them in this concept. The enquiry form prepares a message in this page and does not save it to the website. Choosing WhatsApp or email passes the draft to that service or app, where you review and send it to NEXT’s published contact. No message is sent automatically. WhatsApp and your email provider apply their own privacy practices. The homepage plays NEXT Coral’s original project film through a muted, looping YouTube player. The background starts automatically when your browser permits. Reduced-motion and data-saving preferences keep its image poster. Watch full film opens the same complete project film with playback controls. Other embedded project films also use YouTube. Hotel and project information is presented within these concept websites. Hotel enquiries prepare a draft for the reservations team; live availability, payments and membership accounts are not connected.

Leadership profiles

Kakha Devadze and Sofio Chelidze are actual named profiles, supported by published company information and professional reporting. The CEO title for Sofio Chelidze follows the confirmation provided for this presentation; public reporting also uses Executive Director. The founder’s portrait has been digitally styled with a navy suit, white shirt, subtle smile and warm beige-grey studio background for this proposal. Sofio’s portrait uses the supplied real photograph with digitally styled black-suit clothing, white trim and a subtly adjusted smile. All eight leadership portraits share the same warm beige-grey studio background. The other six leadership roles use fictional names, AI-generated illustrative portraits and sample summaries pending NEXT’s approved details.

Illustrative construction updates

The construction journal demonstrates a proposed reporting experience using licensed generic stock footage, photographs and sample text. Each sample is labelled as an illustrative placeholder. None represents NEXT construction progress, a verified project stage or a dated site report. The published project milestones and official camera links are presented separately. Completed portfolio and imagery

The completed-project collection follows NEXT’s published portfolio classification. NEXT Hotels provides the official property photography and guest-service descriptions for Orange, White, Green and NEXT Apartments. Villa Park photography comes from its official project page.
